Customer complains are not attended to at all

They do not attend to any complaints, I complained two times when I went to service my car for two times with them, they never attended even once. no feedback nothing.

The last time I went for service I noticed that some of the items in the car were missing, I did not want everything as they told me not to leave valuables as they know their staff, I only wanted my lock nut key only.

I was never attended as usual and I ended up breaking the locknuts to remove them and get the new set. It is very sad.
