I've ordered smart TV on the 7th February 2025 and I was never delivered until this day. It is so sad to pay for something that you're not using. Lies on top of another. But I'm taking this further. I need to be compensated for this damage.
They are not willing to provide me with the paid-up letter that I have been requesting from them for so long. They promise to send it via email every time I call or visit the store.
I've been trying to get a paid-up letter with no success, they work with Woolworths stores and both are not willing to provide me with it even though I have fully paid. They promise to send it via email.

They do not attend to any complaints, I complained two times when I went to service my car for two times with them, they never attended even once. no feedback nothing. The last time I went for service I noticed that some of the items in the car were missing, I did not want everything as they told me not to leave valuables as they know their staff, I only wanted my lock nut key only. I was never attended as usual and I ended up breaking the locknuts to remove them and get the new set. It is very sad.
This company collected money on behalf of Woolworths and Woolworths decoded to change to another company, Consumer friend company continued to collect, and now they promised to refund me back from the 25th of June 2024 until today 12 August 2024, I never received the money only empty promises of "the money will be in your account in 5 days. Please be cautious.
TFG LEGAL After taking the story and the requested proof, they disappear, you call them you are told that they are busy and promise they will call you back regarding updates. You will wait until you call again and you get a different consultant with the same answer. For now I do not have a star rating for them and I may not recommend
In 2021 February the magistrate court referred us to this Legal Aid SA to assist us to get a letter of authority so we can have access to our late father's banking profile. Since then we've only received one communication where they requested for our email address. What is very bad is that when we call we are told that they're working on the it. All we wanted now was to get the letter so that we can be able to pay for our late father's car license disc that expired in September 2021, since then, the authorities do not want to allow us to pay for the disc until we get the letter of authority. You can imagine the fees by now. It is so painful.
