Poor reporting and service

Very bad service, I bought a coolant reservoir for mk7 gti. They sold me an after market bottle. When installing the bottle was leaking coolant..

I told them that my Car has an "oil level check" warning and the level of the oil is OK.

They did diagnose my car and never got it right hence the was no diagnose report provided except the R900 invoice that I have paid.

I was expecting a full l diagnosis report printout. Next time make sure when you diagnose a car please provide a diagnosis report print-out.

I am an electro-mechanical engineering technician. I am technical that's a poor reporting.
