Best service received on my recent windscreen claim🙌🙌 it took less than a week and it was replaced.
KFC in Hendrina town, they meat does not have a taste at all they are not using any of the known spices for KFC. Please send inspector to check that branch no ways. I bought meat for the 3rd time today. No no no that's not KFC that they are selling there. KFC it's a brand not ****a shop the owner does not operate the way he or she likes the spices must be the 1 used in all other KFC branches. Now if I need real KFC I must drive to Middelburg or Ermelo 😡😡.
************* shop, I bought a fridge online on a blackfriday and decided not to take the fridge,then decided to apply for a refund same day of purchase and called them but till today I Have not received my money or any communication from them I have made numerous call... I don't think I will ever buy from game online again. Very poor service, on the last call they told me that the courier has collected my order now they will wait for them to bring it back that tells me they system is useless and not updated accordingly. How do you allow a courier to pickup an order that was bought and canceled same day via a phone call??? Very useless shop.
Very bad service, I bought a coolant reservoir for mk7 gti. They sold me an after market bottle. When installing the bottle was leaking coolant.. I told them that my Car has an "oil level check" warning and the level of the oil is OK. They did diagnose my car and never got it right hence the was no diagnose report provided except the R900 invoice that I have paid. I was expecting a full l diagnosis report printout. Next time make sure when you diagnose a car please provide a diagnosis report print-out. I am an electro-mechanical engineering technician. I am technical that's a poor reporting.
I have been with the consultant over the phone to change my residential address since I have recently relocated. It was easy to do that few minutes of my time I was done💥💥
I had a data contract with MTN and the contract expired, I did not cancel the contract immediately hence I was not even aware that it is expiring. they continued in providing the data to the sim which is used by my partner. I lately realized that the bill has increased that is when I noticed that the contract has expired. I called them after few months on billing me with the new prices that I never agreed to or assigned to. I reversed my debit order just at the beginning of the new month and they stopped the data of which I was happy about that. But lately sent me a statement that includes the month of where the sim-card was not used. When I call them they told me its the system that generate and send statement to people automatically, so i told them my story and they escalated it and asked me to call again after 3 days to my surprise I have received another statement now with an outstanding amount of R1461.66 of which I do not know what is it for when I call the contract department the consultant told me that her system cannot help me I must hold she will transfer me and the call was hanged up. there was a time where I didn't pay my monthly payment while the contract was still active and the data was cut off but month end I was billed twice, when I asked why do I get billed for service that I never used they said its a contract then why am I owing you now for a service that I never used and I do not have a contract with you this time around? 0782429347 its my number
there is an additional excess that they never tell me about until today as i load my claim.R4000 more You will have to pay an additional excess of R4000 plus the R6700 my basic access.they never told with the R4000 that i have to pay if an accident happen before a period of 6 month.they scam me by selling me a product that was never explained in details now they are telling me that its in my policy documents of which i do not understand why it was not mentioned while they were selling the product to me,
i was very disappointed with this company i had a car comprehensive cover with them for almost a year.i had a claim that was approved in September 2020 they told me that they appointed a panel-beater in Middelburg to fix my car.i called them asking if i can call the appointed workshop to find out if i can bring my car they said no the company will call me.i waited since September paying them until December 2020 where i decided not to pay my January premium since i saw that if they cannot fix this minor-claim what will happen if i get a write off. In January i was involved in an accident where my car was bumped by another car that skipped a red robot it was a rite of, so i asked them what will happen with the valid claim i had with them hence i was paying them all those months after that claim and they said nothing.according to me they were supposed to give all my premium back from the the day after the claim until December because i was paying for nothing.hence the claim was approved.i tried to call and i spoke to one of their arrogant lady with a bad customer relation and communication she was very emotional as if i had a contract with her not the company. i even asked her to take my matter to her superior but she refused and told me that one of their consultant has tried to call me and i hanged up the phone.i told her that i am working so you cannot expect to get hold of me 24/7.i even asked her that is the any email or sms that was ever sent with regards to that as an alternative communication hence i do not have their numbers stored on my phone? she said no, so i do not if they think we always waiting for their call everyday. with SAU insurance think twice before you commit.
