Having a loan with VW finance it's a nightmare.

Dealing with VW finance is just pathetic. I sent them an email requesting clarity on the last date and the last amount to be paid. In addition I have been paying advance amounts on my vehicle loan, so I wanted to get clarity as to what happens to that amount and balloon when I finish paying the remaining premium amount.They sent settlement and statement. None of those documents explain what I asked.

I sent emails twice, then I still get the 2 documents.
