I bought a Brand new car in September last year 2024, in December, the car started having issues with rear axle, loose and noisy, and posing a risk to me and other road users. I sent the vehicle for repairs in December, using the nearest VW as per the communication I got upon the purchase. The issue was not resolved. I sent it again in January2025, they failed again to resolve it, and I sent it again in February, they failed yet again. In March 2025 I sent it straight to Hoopers and I said if they fail this time around I no longer want the car. Note that I’ve reported the issue to hoopers long time ago and I informed them about the failed repairs. So, hoopers did fix the problem but I guess it was a quick fix and the problem came back again. I told them that I’m tired of sending the car every month for repairs like I bought a s**** or a reject that has issues, I told them that I no longer want this car but I want a refund because I wasted my money buying this defective car. Brenton Cole, the sales Director said he will not refund me nor take the vehicle back, he can only buy it at a retail price or I must trade it in. All these options are not in my favour, they favour them. I am not selling the car, the car shouldn’t be sold to anyone, it’s a defect and I’m no longer willing to carry on with this defective and reject car, why should I incur loses because of the defective car or why should I continue preparing and using this car?
