Complaint
I took my car that is : Polo 1.0 TSI 2018 for service vw margate on August 2024 and the car was serviced they told me the car needs to be put brake fluid nd I told them I don't have money at that time I will booked for the brake fluid. My complaint is that my car have just stop on October on the robots without telling me the problem, no signs as my car is an automatic that means they deleted the Problem that was supposed to show in the car, there were no warning signs what's wrong with the car. Until I took to mechanic it's gearbox there's no oil with it

Shocking service
Valve Tech 082 784 7237 have been waiting since 12 Dec for our Caddy to be repaired by VW MARGATE. VW MARGATE most unhelpful and nothing is happening,

South coast break down
My VW Amarok broke down on our way to Uvongo from Pretoria. I had it towed in to VW Margate to access the damage and which was serious. Although the quote to repair was very high, the personnel were very professional and assisted me in every way they could. I arranged for a transporter to send my vehicle back to Pretoria and Anelize from the dealership assisted. I want to thank Lisa, Anelize and Lionel that took the time to assist me where possible. If I were to purchase a VW or Foton on the South coast, I would certainly contact Lionel.
