VW Polokwane service sucks

VW South Africa has launched a campaign on airbags for certain cars. I tried to make a booking with VW Polokwane. Their service sucks. The salesperson said it is not possible to book the car in for a Saturday because they only work on the cars that would pay either cash or through a motor plan. The manager said it could be booked in. I held on to the phone for forever and never got connected. They say a waiting period for a call to be connected is 1 minute. Indeed, the calls before mine were answered promptly. I was caller number 4. The three calls before me were answered very quickly, but I held for forever
