Nonsense service ever
Nonsense of a company. I am still waiting for my data to be loaded since 17th April 2024. Their internet service is a ****. If you have it just cancel before you get admitted for insanity. Their consultant service is as nonsensical as their internet. Will never recommend it

Nonsense service
The service at Paledi is beyond nonsense. They have no sense of urgency. You order a pizza at 17h45,they call at 18h09 to confirm delivery address, then deliver the pizza at 20h08. Even if you call to enquire, they just don't care. I wish other pizza restaurants can come to the mall

VW Polokwane service sucks
VW South Africa has launched a campaign on airbags for certain cars. I tried to make a booking with VW Polokwane. Their service sucks. The salesperson said it is not possible to book the car in for a Saturday because they only work on the cars that would pay either cash or through a motor plan. The manager said it could be booked in. I held on to the phone for forever and never got connected. They say a waiting period for a call to be connected is 1 minute. Indeed, the calls before mine were answered promptly. I was caller number 4. The three calls before me were answered very quickly, but I held for forever
