Good day As a client and customer I am not happy with VW Menlyn and with how they treat clients , I bought a car in December and still requesting for my requested documents and every time I make follow-ups with them they take me to pillow to post and I am not sure if it’s their delay tactics of pushing 6 months of CPA warranty which they are aware of I am sure but however if they think they will win over this delaying tactics of them, they have it all wrong, but whoever I will fight until I expose them, they are just not taking clients serious and it’s not my first complain by the way and nothing has been done and they are forever delaying, I am just waiting to surprise them and I will make them famous as well if it pushes me and that’s the experience I am currently having and dealing with, thank you.
