I purchased a car from NTT Stellenbosch on December 11, 2024, and it came with a temporary license disc. I was assured that I would receive the license disc and registration papers the following week. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and no one from the dealership bothered to follow up or provide an explanation.
I had to take the initiative to follow up myself. When I contacted them, I was told they would investigate and get back to me. However, I received no feedback and had to call again, only to face the same lack of response. Even after writing to their complaints department, my email was completely ignored.
I bought this car specifically for business purposes, but for over a month now, it has been sitting idle because I cannot use it without the registration papers. This has caused significant frustration and financial inconvenience.
What makes this experience even more disappointing is the stark contrast in customer service. During the purchase process, the salesperson was prompt and responsive, but once the sale was finalized, the communication and service became nonexistent. Messages are now ignored, and there seems to be no accountability.
I am beyond frustrated with this lack of professionalism and follow-through. This is not the level of service one expects when making such a significant purchase.
