Bad service and poor feedback

Took my car in for service in October and they broke my ECU bracket and they told me that that's how it was when in came into the workshop, I told them that i checked my car before bringing it in. Now my ECU has tie straps around it and at first they refused to fix it for me, i requested for footage because they said it shows on camera that it was broken before they serviced the car. Nhlanhla said they will order the ECU bracket and and TAT will be 21 days and they will fit it in for me, after more than a mot i contacted him requesting feedback and he kept on saying he will get back to me even after i waited long for the part. he gave me his WhatsApp contact to remind him but he still ignores my texts and calls. even with the service he gave me before the last one he always messes up things. now I'm stuck with a broken part that they claim it happens to all polos
