Unhappy with contract cancellation process, went to menlyn mtn branch to cancel contract and was told to cancel over the phone . 2 days before month end I called in and was told that I need to go back to the branch with their FU devise to cancel. when went to the branch on the 3rd which was a Monday and they cancelled the contract now im getting messages to say they going to deduct R500 and something. When I bought the device they took pro raya. Now I need to pay full amount without using the data. Why was I delayed on purpose. I was given wrong information from the start. I can’t pay for data I didn’t use

I'm very disappointed with the service I received from auto magic. I booked in my car on the 7th of November to fix and replace my rear bumper, it's been more than 3 weeks now, today I received whatsapp message to notify me that my car is I the polishing stage, then later received an sms stating that I will collect my car on the 9 th of December. You can't polish my car for the whole 5 days this I absolutely nonsense. It's either they polish my bumper or leave it. Poor service delivery
Spoke to an agent called Itumeleng, she also can't solve my suspended account query just like the previous agents, now I've been holding for more than an hour without any acknowledgement, she told me she is going to consult with her manager. My Account has been suspended for two months and yet they still debiting from my account. This is a very poor service we experiencing from telkom . Even went to Telkom menlyn mall and they said they can't assist me with this query. Please cancel my contract I DONT WANT IT ANYMORE. YOU GUYS DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. VERY BAD SERVICE.
I have been having a faulty tracking unit on my car for about a month now , I tried calling and emailing since then they said a technician will call and come repair the unit but since then NO ONE CALLED ME NO ONE IS EMAILING ME BACK, SO WHT AM J KEEPING THIS EXPENSIVE TRACKING UNIT IF THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENT. I DIDNT WANNA COMPLAIN BUT NOW M ****ED CZ I PAY FOR ZERO **** NO ASSISTANCE NOTHING. BIDTRACK PLEASE TAKE UOUR ****TY UNIT OUT OF MH CAR CAUSE YOU DONT CARE ABOUT OUR CARS.
