I initially had a bad customer service which I didn't bother about but since today (24 April 2024) is the second time i guess this branch is really a disappointment.
First bad experience was 9 Match 2023, I went to trade my Amarok for another bakkie. Sales person never came back to me after I sent me all the details of my then current bakkie needless to say I purchased a bakkie somewhere else.
Today (24 April 2024) I called the reception to book my vehicle in for service. Reception says service division is busy and she takes my details and indicate someone will call and as expected nobody called so I booked it in another vw
