I initially had a bad customer service which I didn't bother about but since today (24 April 2024) is the second time i guess this branch is really a disappointment. First bad experience was 9 Match 2023, I went to trade my Amarok for another bakkie. Sales person never came back to me after I sent me all the details of my then current bakkie needless to say I purchased a bakkie somewhere else. Today (24 April 2024) I called the reception to book my vehicle in for service. Reception says service division is busy and she takes my details and indicate someone will call and as expected nobody called so I booked it in another vw
If I could rate 0 stars I would, I had negative experiences with them from the start, biggest regret going with them to rent my property. Here's my list: 1. Non payment of rent on time 2. Non adherence to their own contractual agreement 3. Routine Inspections done on property with a fee but I never saw any Inspection reports then suddenly a repair or maintenance bill 4. During a contract with them the non payment of rent became so annoying that they actually suggested to the tenant to eft directly because they couldn't do the payment from tenant to me on time
Look no further. These guys are professional and efficient. The came on time, did not damage any furniture or equipment and even positioned the furniture exactly where i required. Highly recommended
