Bought a car in September, it had a petrol leakage in November they took the car to vw polokwane, after it was diagnosed they said it's because of dirty petrol but the car didn't come empty they dealership made sure it had petrol before we took it. Polokwane vw now wants R4500 benoni team is saying they won't pay the car has been in polokwane till today there is no solution. I'm paying a car that is with the dealer and they don't have a solution for. Vw such a well known dealership doing this I posted this on hello Peter it's like they delete they reviews it's now for the 3rd time posting a review I'm tired.

Bought a car September last week of November it started leaking petrol. They arranged a tow Truck to fetch the car it's in polokwane vw now and they say it's due to dirty fuel and that should be covered by the customer. The question we asked is fuel circulates so who is to be blames because the dealership also put fuel there is no answer. The car is at polokwane they will start to talk about storage fees I only paid two installments so far and the dealer is saying it's not their problem the car was never empty since it was bought.

I purchased my vehicle in 2019 at the VW Princess Benoni great north, I have been servicing there and have never missed a service. I started having issues with my vehicle I sent it in and was quoted 13k for it. I paid for the service got back my vehicle and I was still encountering the same issue, I sent the car back for them to have a look instead of fixing it they quoted me 36k to fix the same issue that I had initially bought the car in for , I don't understand how I can be quoted twice for the same issue which they have failed to fix in the first place and at this point I don't even know if they even did any work on my car when I first brought it in. I am really disappointed and believe that they are ripping me off.

I initially had a bad customer service which I didn't bother about but since today (24 April 2024) is the second time i guess this branch is really a disappointment. First bad experience was 9 Match 2023, I went to trade my Amarok for another bakkie. Sales person never came back to me after I sent me all the details of my then current bakkie needless to say I purchased a bakkie somewhere else. Today (24 April 2024) I called the reception to book my vehicle in for service. Reception says service division is busy and she takes my details and indicate someone will call and as expected nobody called so I booked it in another vw

Trying to get a part ordered and fitted. No one reads your correspondence. I paid for the part, had absolutely no response. You have to run after them all the time. Once I had my car serviced there and arrived to collect it, they had given it and let the person leave with my car.

I would like to thank Riaan Booysen dealer principal for dealing with my complain professionally and making sure am happy. Was frustrated and lost hope but he made sure I am a happy client. Thanks for sorting out my car. He proved that client satisfaction comes first , will definitely be doing business with VW Princess Benoni .

we bought a used VW POLO and we asked question and checked the car , at first inspection car looked ok, but after two weeks Front VW batch started to come out and took the car back on inspection the batch was attached with a pratley putty which it was never disclosed when we bought the car , i asked them to replace or fix. the manager used double sided tape which is not seating nice you can see gap. went back he promised to replace the front grill. today he tells me he doesn't see anything wrong with the car he will never replace the front grill and i have waited two month without any communication from him.
