I purchased my vehicle in 2019 at the VW Princess Benoni great north, I have been servicing there and have never missed a service. I started having issues with my vehicle I sent it in and was quoted 13k for it. I paid for the service got back my vehicle and I was still encountering the same issue, I sent the car back for them to have a look instead of fixing it they quoted me 36k to fix the same issue that I had initially bought the car in for , I don't understand how I can be quoted twice for the same issue which they have failed to fix in the first place and at this point I don't even know if they even did any work on my car when I first brought it in. I am really disappointed and believe that they are ripping me off.
I was contacted by MBD early this year with regards to an account *****ulently acquired with Vodacom in my name which Vodacom that was handed over to MBD. I advised MBD that I did not open this account and opened a ***** dispute case with Vodacom and made MBD aware of this to date I am receiving daily harassing calls from MBD try to make collection for debt that I did not take out. MBD and Vodacom are sending me from pillar to post and this debt is currently listed as in default on my credit record , please help
An account was *****ulently opened with Vodacom using my ID number, I only became aware about this when Vodacom handed over the account to MBD. I advised both Vodacom and MBD that I did not open this Account I was then advised to open a ***** dispute case with Vodacom which I did in April 2025 and received a case number from Vodacom they started and completed the investigation on the 7th of May to this date I have not received feedback with regards to the outcome of the investigation. MBD is harassing me everyday with calls trying to make collecting for debt that I did not acquire , no one at Vodacom is assisting me. This debt is currently listed as in default on my credit record please assist.
