Would never recommend. A trip that I regret to date. I had the worst experience with them. Traveled to Mozambique on the 17th - 21st July 2025. While we were sleeping on our way to Mozambique, we were woken up by a smoke. The car we were traveling in was burning. Their fire extinguisher was empty, the car burnt to ashes within minutes. As soon as we woke up we rushed out of the car to save our lives. Unfortunately, my iPhone 13 fell while I was rushing to get out. I only realized when I was outside and the car was already in flames. I told the driver who then reported it to the owner. I also used my sister's phone to report to the owner. The owner ignored my message. He showed zero care. I couldn't access my bank and other important things for the entire trip and he never bothered to even ask how I was going to pay or take pictures during the trip. I needed to book flights back to Cape Town but I could not. The car burnt somewhere in Mpumalanga, they did not call the police. Sanral picked up the burning car from their camers then they came to the garage where we had to wait. We learnt there that they did not call the police. I had to force them in the morning to go to the police station. We waited in the garage for hours and it was cold, the only thing we were offered was one cup of coffee. Another old car was sent to pick us up, it also had expired fire extinguishers and a cracked windscreen. We lost an entire day that we had payed for and there was no compensation or apology for that day. Our trip was a 5 day trip. I would never ever book with this company again. There is zero care from the owner and their vehicles are not safe or roadworthy. The hotel we slept in had no warm water. We were also told when we were on our way that we should lower our expectations. They are not transparent in their adverts, what you are sold is not really what you get. The owner had an audacity to request our photos we took for his adverti*****t, that showed me that he did not care about the loss of my phone and only cared about his business. My advice to travelers never pay your money to a traveling agency that switches off their comments on social media. Thats a big red flag I ignored.
