I'm starting to think that this is a problem across the board with branches in the Western Cape.
I contact the Tokia branch via their WhatsApp channel and I attempted to call the store. On WhatsApp I was completely ignored, ghosted and my calls rang unanswered.
So this is not an isolated problem with just one particular branch, it seems to be a universal problem with almost all their stores.
What is going on Goldwagen, do you want us to shop elsewhere for our automotive parts? Because if you can't even get your staff to pick up the phone or even bother checking the WhatsApp messages from clients, then that says alot about you think about customers that are keeping you in business in such a volatile economy where many businesses are downscaling and closing their doors.
