I'm starting to think that this is a problem across the board with branches in the Western Cape. I contact the Tokia branch via their WhatsApp channel and I attempted to call the store. On WhatsApp I was completely ignored, ghosted and my calls rang unanswered. So this is not an isolated problem with just one particular branch, it seems to be a universal problem with almost all their stores. What is going on Goldwagen, do you want us to shop elsewhere for our automotive parts? Because if you can't even get your staff to pick up the phone or even bother checking the WhatsApp messages from clients, then that says alot about you think about customers that are keeping you in business in such a volatile economy where many businesses are downscaling and closing their doors.
My Runway is a ****. They remove items from your wish list without your knowledge or consent. There were two of the same items that I was planning to purchase as soon as pay day came. Those items are gone from my wish list now and I so badly wanted them. Just did not have the cash to buy them. My Runway, instead of being sneaky or doing things without your customers knowledge or consent, how about you send a push notification through your app and email to the customer that the item that is in a customers wish list is no longer available or is going to be removed well in advance so that the customer can then make alternative plans or source alternative items... my Runway you people suck big time and I will be closing my account for good. We don't need such bad service. We have enough bad service in SA in general
This place should close its doors. Time for new players to enter the automative parts industry. I just came from their Mitchells Plain branch because I need parts for for my VW City Golf. Whenever I seems to go this particular branch, they either never have stock of items or their sales representatives dont know how to read the system...maybe more adequate training is required? Their Ottery branch is just as bad. While the in store experience is somewhat better, its more than what can be said about their Whatsapp service. Representatives take forever to respond to customer queries, most times you get ignored, chats just gets disconnected without fully assisting the customer or resolving any customer facing issue. Do you realize in this days and age, when businesses are closing to due volatile economy and Ai, that you should be bending over backwards for the customers that keep you in business? Utterly disgusting service. Please tell you representatives at your Ottery branch to assist customer and to stop ignoring customer queries via the Whatsapp and call channel. Major work is needed with your Mitchell's Plain branch. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff and for some reason always out of stock
Bob Shop allows their sellers to abuse potential customers. I received misleading product listing information from one of their sellers. When you as a buyer / customer infor Bob Shop Support or suspicious activity by their sellers, Bob Shop then wants to make you as the buyer / customer to be the aggressor and wants to punish you instead of doing proper vetting of whom they allow to sell on their platform. Not a trustworthy platform as what it seems.
Finchoice treats their customers like ********s. I made an enquiry about taking out a loan. Long story short, when contacting customer service, their agents treat you so bad like you committed a crime. It's disgusting. A lady by the name of Nicole was so rude to me, I don't think I'll ever use Finchoice again. I asked for my final statement to be sent to me so that I can settle any outstanding amount and be done with Finchoice for good. No response from the company. Disgusting service
NON EXISTENT customer service. Been trying to call this company for two days in a row to get to speak to an actual human and all I keep getting is a AI system that keeps transferring to me a line that keeps me on hold forever. Do these people realize that we don't have unlimited airtime and actually have lives to get to? This is my first time needing to speak to customer service since joining them for insurance on my vehicle, and it's such a nightmare getting hold of customer service. Absolutely disgusting. Budget, how about you have a call the customer back service where the client can decide a date and time to be called back at your expense...this is ridiculous!!!!
Getting someone to call you back from Funds At Work department at Momentum is like trying to get water out of a stone. Impossible. You can lodge plenty of queries through the app, and all you get back is automated Ai responses stating someone will contact you but it never happens. It does not surprise me that there is so many negative reviews about this company. Just one of many companies that we have to be subjected to in terms of horrible or (non existent) customer service.
Horrible customer service. These people claim to handle your information in line with the POPI Act, but that's far from the truth. Why do you need to get my information every time that I already provided in my application...that information should all be captured in the system already, but yet you have to expose ID, email , full name, phone number ( all considered personal information) every time you have a simple question regarding your application. This is backwards thinking in this day and age of identity theft where information can so easily be ******. Don't sign up with these people. They will expose your information.
Postbank is a company run by frausdters. They think nothing of *****ing pensioners grant money. We are still waiting on the missing grant payment for July. They are the biggest ****** on the the continent of Africa.
Order placed on September 5. To date have still not received my order. No response to my emails and no one answers the phone when you call customer service. Avoid My Runway at all cost
