Bought a mask and goggles from Walker wargames. Item was broken. Took it back for a refund, they could reverse the payment to a card because we paid cash.
Called the owner, Henry. Got told to send an email with my banking details, which i did and I requested he does an immediate payment. Which he didnt. when I asked why he didn't do an Immediate payment his response was (I have copied and pasted his response below):
"sure, you are welcome to stay at shop to wait for the payment to show up
if us want to be difficult, we can charge up to 15% return handling fee and restocking fee and that broken clip, we can say client user error."
Now that is how Henry Zhang does business.
Well, after all the support i have given him in the past 2 years kitting out my security officers, this is his attitude.
