Can we not give a zero star rating please!!! Anyway, here goes: Builders Warehouse Hardware @ 09:10 this morning the 9th of February 2026 I walked into your Builders Warehouse Express in Northmead. Looking for a couple of things. After walking around for a bit I went got someone to come help me look. He told me the items I am looking for the supplier does not send to this store. I asked to speak to the branch Manager and unfortunately had to deal with Abram (because the branch manage was out, rather funny because he is always out). I explained what I needed and got told to go to your Boksburg Branch. He didn’t offer any help… i then said to him him that if I have to go to the Boksburg branch, I might aswell just go to Leroy Merlin South Africa as the store is right there and the items I was looking for were cheaper the you. Your mamger then says go to Leroy Merlin then. When I asked him how he felt it was okay to tell customers to go some place else, he said, “you people just moan.” Now, I would like clarity on what he meant by “you people.” I then called your customer care while i was walking out, because the staff at this branch have absolutely Zero customer care skills… I was then stopped by another manager who keep talking over me whilst on the phone, when I explained to him what happened he told me to go away and cool down and come back once I had… who does he think he is. You need to do something about this store. I for one am happy never to step foot in there again. You call center called me back and was so apologetic and she said she would get someone from senior management to call me… but, its now 16:40 and i have had to call you… you gentleman who I just spoke too said i must wait until you concluded your investigation. B.S, someone should have called me like i requested. Also again i state. Terrible service. I will rather use Benoni Mica Paint&Hardware in petite or Steelmate Fairleads. On another note. I bought stuff online, did an online card payment. After the supposed delivery date i called and got told the order was never confirmed and cancelled. Where’s my money. Been consistently on the phone and emailing them and there accounts people don’t know the difference between and eft and an online card payment. You don’t get a proof of payment from and online card payment… I sent them my bank statement and still nothing. Im sorry, I will not support a company that *****s from hard work people. #HOW-CAN-WE-RUIN-YOUR-DAY
We had a little incident with our car and the gate post. I called OUTsurance and reported it. I got told to take it to Glasfit in Bonaero park. After that I was told to drop the car of at Premier Panelbeaters on Lake Ave, Benoni. Marcel from Premier kept in contact with us throughout the whole process. We were called to fetch our car. Premier did an amazing job, it looks better then new, I cannot tell you how painless this exercise was. Thank you to all involved.
Place my order at 12. Now the ETA is 17:35. Totally unacceptable because your account doesn’t get credited, they put the funds into your app wallet. I won’t use checkers again. Sorry.

I have asked and begged everyone that phones me from King Price and their overly annoying partners to remove my number from their data base. I receive 2 to 3 calls a day. my question to King Price is: Who do you think you are giving out my number? I am not and now never will be a client of King price. Why does the Popia act not apply to you.
For the past week i have been hounded by African Bank. Asking me for someone else. Yesterday I had a 10 minute conversation with gent and pleaded that he remove my number as do not have a loan or anything with African back, he assured me that my number was removed. Take note that I am receiving 4 to 5 calls a day. starting from 7am... 7am! I have told each and every person that it is not me they are looking for and to remove my number... they just don't do it. Now, do they expect me to "one day" take a loan with them? well now I won't, if they can't follow a simple instruction from a potential client, who are they going to be once I am tied into a contract. I would like to share a positive note. PTA Branch, it is busy and there are 100's of people going through there everyday. I went in and the staff are still friendly and polite (I would be at my wits end dealing with grumpy, aggro people all day), well done guys. Now, Centurion branch for Businesses and business owners, HOLY MOLY.... I have never experienced service from PSIRA before like at Centurion. I walked in, did what I needed to and left all within 10mins. Friendly fast service. you guys are amazing, really you are, from the bubbly lady at reception through to the consultant I saw. Company Partners requested a payment to be made on Monday the 6th of June 2022, I made the payment and the still disconnected my service this morning (10th of June 2022.) I have been placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes everytime i call. The consultant Reyhanah said she would call me back to sort it out. nothing has been done. I would like answers as to why I can not get hold of anyone?
I can't see the Bedfordview restaurant, please pass this on to them. Francis and his team are absolutely amazing, I failed to get the name of the waiter. We went through to Bennigans bedfordview on good Friday the 15th of April 2022 with some friends to celebrate my Birthday. It was my first time there. The Staff and Francis met us at the door, greated us like we have been there a million times. I felt very welcomed and at home there, My two sons where the only children there and they were fussed over and well looked after (My sons are 13 and 15 so not that young). We had a few drinks and placed or meal orders and let me tell you, the food was absolutely amazing, been a while since I have had such well prepared Fillet Steak.
