Waiting for Dep in my bank account

I paid my Rates and taxes to Midvaal with walletdoc never had a problem but this month on the 3 Nov R1362 went off my bank account but was not paid over to Mivaal. I spoke to Warren Swick,Shaking Hlungwani swell as Lusandra Mgqalele .Thy said the payment was loaded on Friday But till now I have not received it JA Steyn email adamsteyn@gmail.com

Lusanda phoned me to tell me that the refund would be in my account today but still no refund Please I need this to pay Midvaal municipality
