Can't use my accounts on my S23Fe
I use the Makro Credit app aswell as the Edgars App on my old s24 Ultra and there was no problem Then I got a new phone a S23Fe. I delink my device on both Apps before installing on my new phone . But when I want to go into it say authentication account problem. I phoned and the let me do a likeness test on both accounts but still it say the same. 0824592646 adamsteyn@gmail.com

Upgrade canceled without any reason

Rcp balance went wrong
Last month my Rcp account was still working with a transfer balance off +_R6000 This month it say my loan amount is R24600 and my account has been suspended for not paying. If you look at my statement you will see that a amount off R665 goes off on a debit order. When I go into my Rcp account it say I must pay R3690 to get R3690. I have a balance off -R17810.77 as at 5 April 2025 Please could thy rectify this i have been using this Rcp for a very long time. Also got a sms from standardbank Dear Client your Rcp Facility has been suspended. Please pay amount due to have it reinstated and ensure it is not permanently revoked.

Waiting for Dep in my bank account
I paid my Rates and taxes to Midvaal with walletdoc never had a problem but this month on the 3 Nov R1362 went off my bank account but was not paid over to Mivaal. I spoke to Warren Swick,Shaking Hlungwani swell as Lusandra Mgqalele .Thy said the payment was loaded on Friday But till now I have not received it JA Steyn email adamsteyn@gmail.com

Blocked my number temporarily
Vodacom temporarily blocked my number due to unusual call activity to customer care.Each time my voice print matched .I called them and a agent said it would be blocked for 72 hours but this has been going on from last month. Please can thy lift the block I would appreciate it

Vodacom contractor did not cancel the order
I asked the Like Minds lady to please cancell the new line as I do not want to convert my old line to a prepaid she said that would be fine.But today it still has not been cancelled . Please can thy cancell this quotation. 5 36107797025813 It was done on 19 Jan 2024 Also my number has been blocked by Vodacom therefore I need this to be done

Delete my Payshap Id

Cannot link my profile to my App
I opened a migoals account got my card from Meyerton branch.Then I wanted to link my profile to the banking app but it does not want to link it say incomplete details. Was at Meyerton branch could not do my fingerprints then on Monday I went to three Rivers Nedbank were the guy took my photo plus fingerprints aswell as my I'd for FICA .He said I must wait 2 days then link my profile again but it still say the same .Also the have a old cellphone number ending with 4437 I have changed this at the branch Mr Johannes Adam Steyn 5105205043088 0824592646

Nedbank Go banking card blocked
I have a Go banking credit card have been paying every month although I never recieved a account from them for a few months. The problem started when I wanted to pay with my card it declined the transaction. I then went to Meyerton Nedbank and the lady told me I must FICA she took my I'd and send it off told me that it will take 2 to 3 days But nothing happened .then I went in to tree rivers branch thy told me that it is still pending. I then phoned Nedbank and the lady told me that my card was blocked I can't understand it Please rectify this for me

Do not complete cancellation order
My upgrade was cancelled but the cancellation department keeps the order in an open state Please can thy complete the order so that my package goes back to the old one aswell as my upgrade date and contract end date
