A zero star definitely deserved

I have booked a fareware for sunday at 2:30 pm I’ve confirmed multiple times with the waiter and he said no problem is it confirmed ! He then gave me a card with Andrew details to order the cakes in advance I’ve sent a email In that email I’ve said that I want to bring personalised water bottles , that’s when they started going on and declined my confirmation and moved it to 4 pm when I have already sent out invites I understand the rules of a restaurant but a simple no we don’t allow outside drinks ! Thankfully Tashes Sandton helped me out and is also allowing me to bring my personalised water Never been so embarrassed in my entire life by walnut Grove And Andrew you need to learn some manners and ethics of how to treat an customer Why would I lie about an confirmed booking If there wasn’t space for 2:30pm I would have simply made it for 4pm but I’ve sent out invites already for 2:30 thank god For Tashes they are an absolute Gem!
