horrible waiter i was scared

I visited the Restaurant at Walter Sisulu Botanical Gerden today with my son and a friend. It was such a horrible experience... The waiter that assisted me was rude and unprofessional and scary to say the least... I wobt ever sit my foot there again and i will most certainly ensure that my whole family necer ever visit it again even though it was a weekly occurance for us... He even #ood on the deck and shouted at me to cobfirm my order as he disnt writw it down after i repeated it to him at my table thrice.... When i apoje to the manager Michael he apologised and obviously spoje to the qaiter as the waiter come back to my table and i was scared to say the least womam alone and the wya that he came to supposidly apoligised certainly did not feel like an apology he just yet again spoke to me in such an attide with an high pitched voice i felt like he shouted at me i told him 4 times to just leave it it is fine and he still continued to say i dis not shout at you... i was scared...
