I’m so disappointed in your services, I returned an item I bought in store on the 10/01/2026, I have been following up but to date I haven’t received back my money
I’m so disappointed in your services, I returned an item I bought in store on the 10/01/2026, I have been following up but to date I haven’t received back my money. I regret even supporting you further by buying more stationary from you. You are a very unprofessional organisation that isn’t ethical. I will never support you again and I will make it my life’s mission to let everyone I know about your business conduct.

I would like to confirm that Sanette from Waltons and the rest of her team responded to my complaint and resolved the issue of the refund. I received my refund in full the same day and I am happy. I am also grateful for the apology and token of apology I received from them. I will be using them again.
