I’m so disappointed in your services, I returned an item I bought in store on the 10/01/2026, I have been following up but to date I haven’t received back my money. I regret even supporting you further by buying more stationary from you. You are a very unprofessional organisation that isn’t ethical. I will never support you again and I will make it my life’s mission to let everyone I know about your business conduct.
I am so upset with the service I received from TFG, specifically Foschini at Centurion mall , I recently placed an order online on the bash app and I selected @Home store as my pick up store. I received a call last week Wednesday 23/11/2025 from a staff member saying the made a mistake on one of my orders and they dropped it off at the Foschini store instead of @Home. I then received SMS notifications for all my other orders 4/5 to pick up which were all at the @Home store on Friday 24/11/2025 . They confirmed that the last order 1/5 was not with them and they could not pick up where it is even though the app says it is ready for store collection. Today on the 01/12/2025 I went to Foschini to pick up my order and was met with rudeness from all staff. The lady behind the counter eventually went to the back to ask the gentleman responsible for online orders Karabo, who responded by saying he was busy scanning online orders and that I would have to wait for him to finish up before he can come assist. I am so disappointed with Bash and Foschini for sending me from pillar to post to get the earphones I ordered.

I havr had the worst experience with Vodacom , after 2 consecutive contracts with them. They are wanting to charge me for a contract I cancelled on time. They are giving me the runaround about the escalation/investigation I asked to be lodged. I’ve been calling agents and telling them my story and everytime they drop the call on me. At this point I want nothing to do with them. If I can advise anyone, stay away from Vodacom, they do not care about their clients. I never ever want to deal with them or their agents who drop calls on their customers. One of the agents that dropped the call on me is Sandile Mabaso . Even yesterday my call was dropped but I didn’t get the agents name.
I spoke to an amazing sales person Lindelwa Mbatha, he was very patient and gave me amazing insight.
I spoke to the most amazing consultant Tshepo Denga, he was so patient with me and made sure to take me through every item step by step. He also performed his magic and I left that call very happy.
I ordered 2 products from Takealot (digital screen display hand held fan and a humidifier )based on a description on their website. The products were delivered to me but they were not what I had ordered/did not meet description. I sent them back and asked for that error to be rectified by replacing them. Instead of getting the correct items, I received the very same order of things that did not align with the description on the app. I complained and was called by someone from Takealot promising to resolve my issue and to make sure my goods are delivered as per the app description. A week after that was not resolved so I asked for my money back. I received back money for the humidifier but to date, 6 days later I have not received my money for the handheld fan. I will never trust Takealot again , they allow resellers to **** us and put incorrect product descriptions. They have lost a customer in me

Never ever ever rent prior from CSI property rentals. We lived in one of their units for a period close to 2 years, we kept the unit clean and even had painters and our cleaning lady come clean the property the day we were leaving. We were charged for small things that are normal wear and tear for things like the scratches from the toilet seat lid and chipping of vanish/paint from the kitchen door frame. They use an inspection company Rapido maintaince who inflate prices to ensure that leaving tenants do not get a cent back in the deposit. There was nothing broken in the unit and one of the mid-term inspectors mentioned that we had kept the place in such an impeccable condition. When we requested for that inspection we were not given it. NEVER EVER rent from them as you will never get your money back. Maintenance and refuse pick ups were a nightmare. The pool was always dirty and nothing was done about noisy tenants. During the outgoing inspection the inspector never told us of her findings she was quite the whole time and told us to sign because she wouldn’t accept the key if we didn’t sign. We will be filing our complaint with the rental ombudsman. Where we stayed at the Madison lifestyle estate, tenants didn’t last because of the horrible conditions received from CSI and the lack of care of the tenants. Owners of the properties want to sell. Stay away from renting from this unethical company
