I ordered from back to school website on 22/01/2026 and paid via PayFlex. I haven't received it, and order support has been extremely slow. I've been in contact with the chat service and someone from sales - Natasha J. I'd like to cancel the order now. I keep being requested to provide the POP even though I've stated that I paid via Payflex and provided the reference number. I've also now contacted Payflex to get ahold of you. Surely, the correct resolution for this matter would be for sales "support" to get a hold of Payflex using the payment reference number, track and trace and not have the customer run around. I've been trying to get this resolved since 03/02/2025. Anyway, schools are now well into the school year, and I've sourced the school list elsewhere.
