Absolutely the most worst and horrifying experience of my life! The charged me R6900 to repair a clutch. Before the 30 days -I had to fork out more money to repair the same problem in Durban because they did a shady job using a shady clutch kit - nobody knows where they sourced it from and if it is indeed a genuine part. The owner is rude and swears at customers when they raise issues. An overpriced s**** yard at best.

I was broken down on the 29th June and was assisted by Warden Truck and Bus. I'd like to express my sincerest thanks to Jacque and Audy for being there for us and Towing us back to jhb all safe and sound. Despite a dreadful experience of breaking down, they comforted us and saw to it that we were safe and were very professional. We will always recommend them for towing. Well done Team WTB 🙏🏼

HelloPeter Warden Truck & Bus ripped me off. I am not sure what is proper action to take against this guys. They ripping people off by N3. I was also a victim on the 21st December 2020. I was driving from Johannesburg to Durban when my car water pipe broke 30km before Montrose. First the pipe that broke was a very small pipe that needed to be reconnected to the engine, something that I could even do it myself except that I did not have tools. There was no need to tow the car but they insisted on towing it because they wanted to claim the towing fee. After learning that my insurance will not fix my car because it was a small job and I agree, that was suppose to cost at most R200 if expensive. It was a less than 15 minute work, just connecting the pipe. I asked that old man much was the job going to cost me, he said it wont be more than R450 at most, he said this is the small job. When the work was done that lady invoices me R798.00. I was shocked and asked her why is she killing me. She said that is how they charge. No proper costing that they follow to get to pricing. It felt like they judge by character and what you drive and charge you based on that I was will to let this go, but that same job that costed me almost R800 did not even last a day. I managed to drive from thier place of work to Durban but when I got home that same pipe that they connected was leaking again and it is causing my car to over heat. Everyone there was warning me of thier unfair pricing. They doing this because they know we desperate and stranded and we have no choice. They taking advantage. That old man is even rude and shouting at us in Afrikaans. They even forced to tow my car to thier workshop where else they should have suggested to me other work shops around. Please guys be careful of this guys. They can tow your car, just not to thier workshop, there they will charge to kill you. I believe something must be done against these guys
