Poor service
I ordered a watch now in February and I received an email that says “due to Black Friday the order will be delayed “ it’s been a a week,we will see.

Your order will normally be delivered in 5 - 7 working days after you have placed your order. In any event, the order will be fulfilled within 30 days of the date of the Despatch Confirmation unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Should there be BIG SALES eg, Black Friday, they advising that there could be a possible delay of up to 15 days.
