Telkom has blocked my phone due to non RICA,on a contract simcard that was not correctly RICA’d by a consultant in store.it has been 3 weeks since I submitted my ID and proof of Residence in store and nothing is done to activate or unlock my SIM.The call centre is equally useless they are not helping me either. Stay away from Telkom Mobile.
