I returned a watch which my friend ordered for me in early January as a Christmas gift. When I received the order I realized it was the incorrect watch. I contacted the company via email as they have no telephone number. I was told to return the watch at my own expense. Which I did.It was confirmed via email that the company had received the return. The correct watch I wanted was out of stock and as soon as they have it they would send it to me. It's been over 2 months now and back and forth communication via email as well as FB messenger and I still have not received my replacement watch. I am very disheartened as it was a gift paid for by my partner who is continuosly asking me where's the watch. I really need help with this issue
