Thank you Charl Odendaal for you excellent service. On the 3rd of January 2020 my husband and I drove from Johannesburg to Bela-Bela. Just as we arrived in Bela-Bela, the car cut out and smoke came out of the hood of the car. My insurance phoned Waterberg Toyota, they were closed at the time, but the Service Manager, Charl drove out to open and collect the vehicle. He had a look and told us what the problem was. He was kind enough to share his personal number with us and kept us informed every step of the way. On the 9th of January we went to collect the car, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional.
