What a joke
I have requested my tax certificate a week ago and I am still waiting. Their automated response said 48hours before they respond, but I have sent multiple emails with no communication. I am very tempted to pull my home loan and just close my account with FNB completely. This bank is a joke. Ned bank sent me the statement the next day, I am still waiting on FNB. Disappointed, disgusted, Do better.

Impossible to submit a claim
Making it impossible to submit a claim!! I moved to New Zealand, the profile does not allow me to update an international number and I can’t get through on the number given. Is the an email address where I can send my query? I asked my mom to contact you and they said they will call her back end of day, that was yesterday.

Suing as they are refusing to refund our money.

Be aware, they are Thieves!!
DISGUSTING!!! You've cancelled my online order on 16 August and never refund my money. I've sent multiple emails and all i get is a response of, it will take 1 -3 working days for the refund. It has been over 2 weeks, what is your excuse now? Reference 2149935 Reference 2142103 Even if they say they will refund, rather check your statement. I've asked for proof of payment, I'm still waiting.

Hoping Shein will use a different logistics company
This was my communication to SHEIN You use buffalo logistics to deliver packages in South Africa, did anyone bother to review their service? They have a 1.9 rating on google reviews and 1.4 rating on hellopeter. I'm unhappy with their service and judging from the reviews, I'm not the only one. Please may I suggest that a more reliable company is used?

Pathetic service
How long does it take to get pre auth?? I've been phoning in since the 4th of May, my procedure is scheduled for tomorrow and yet no one is competent enough to do their damn job!! I've been on call for 132 minutes from the 4th up until now, this is excluding the current call that has been 17mins so far. My procedure is scheduled for tomorrow, please can you do your job and assist? Thanks
