<p>COMPLAINT! WATERFALL GUESTHOUSE #waterfallguesthouse<br />STEAL FROM PEOPLE. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND US FOR THE ONE NIGHT WE CANCELLED TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE. There are absolutely no cancellation policies on their documents / quotes or invoices. After cancelling the one night I received an amended invoice for one night (meaning they accept the change without any disputes). Unfortunately we had already paid the 2 nights not knowing we are only going to need one night! This was end of April and we are still waiting!</p> <p>I've made NUMEROUS phone calls and sent MANY emails as reminders. The staff couldn't help me and I had the hardest time getting any information from then regarding the owner. Finally I got hold of the owner (Pieter). He has a new excuse every week! Then he wants to be cheeky and rude over the phone because I ask for OUR money?!</p> <p>Beware people!</p>
