We are extremely disappointed with the terrible (for lack of better word) service provided by this company. All positive reviews are questionable, as our experience could not have been more different. We chose them based on their supposedly strong reputation and quick response for a quote.

After making payment on 9 October 2025, Graham went completely silent. Every message was ignored or redirected to Trevor. Occasionally, someone shows up for an hour, then spends the rest of the time resting on the roof.

Their work processes are completely disorganised. Almost half of the quoted work has not been done, and there has been no supervision of the crew, despite our explicit request for oversight. This behaviour is dishonest, *************, and completely unacceptable.

Eventually the job on the roof got “done”, we had to stop since it was during December holidays and we had things planned. But to make matters worse, Graham was supposed to start work on the inside of the house (ceiling and cornices) on 6 January 2026. Since that day, he has been a no-show, and calls are not being answered.

Despite our hesitation after the delays and issues with the exterior, he insisted he had already purchased the materials, something we now strongly suspect was false. We will be pursuing legal action to recover our money. We strongly caution anyone considering this company.
