Shocking, 'don't really care attitude, as long as you pay.
Waste of time. Full of promises and excuses when they don't arrive, or arrive severall hours later than agreed.. Technician couldn't fault finding, so I had to tell him what was wrong. Don't bring the right equipment to site so had to go and buy it, which took 3 days, then and charge for 3 callouts. (The parts replaced have been replaced by the same technician at least 3 times, each time with a new excuse). Disgustingly untidy workmanship.

SPAM email - personal details exposed - Wayne from Waynet Security
I received SPAM email from Waynet Security. Tel: 0861 743 743 email was sent from ********** Someone called Dallas Chadwick. I called them (twice), Dallas appears to either not work there at all or he's never in the office. Was eventually transferred to someone called "Wayne". Assuming it's the MD, Wayne Tooze. I asked Wayne where he got my personal details from. Wayne said that he purchased an email distribution list form "someone" I asked Wayne who that "someone" is. Wayne refused to give me the name of the company he purchased his marketing database from & insisted that I agreed to provide my personal details with the world. I found his attitude extremely unprofessional. Wayne Tooze is perfectly happy to purchase my personal details from "someone", but when I ask him who that someone is he refuses to provide me with the information???? Unacceptable Wayne. Totally unacceptable. You'll be hearing from Fidelity Security Group.
