Terrible. is the phrase "brain-dead" too strong? I have submitted 3 claims with my membership number listed in the email and all 3 times Discovery sent a reply saying the membership number is missing. Seriously these people seem to be retarded or they are purposefully rejecting my claims. It's time for a different medical aid I think
Steve's Auto Clinic Kyalami replaced a leaky head gasket in my vehicle. In the process: They lost my car's bonnet arm clip. The mechanic plane-faced **** and told me that my car came without one. What a F *****. Also, he never tightened the new water pump bolts correctly. The vehicle leaked some coolant every time I drove. When I collected the vehicle, it was ****ING diesel as I drove along. a person on a motorbike informed me and I went back to Steve's. The "mechanic" apparently forgot to close the diesel rail after bleeding it. They're nice guys in the office but their mechanic lets them down BIG TIME.
Fangio Auto Service changed the clutch but FORGOT ??? to fix the leaking clutch master cylinder - which was one of the primary reason the car went in, to begin with. Fangio also FORGOT to service the car. - again, something that was agreed with the mechanic. Fangio also FORGOT to change a gearbox output shaft. All were items that the mechanics agreed to fix - when I dropped off the vehicle. That was our deal. But hold on, The reason for ***io FORGETTING EVERYTHING, is because there is a woman, in KZN, who tries to run the company remotely, via Whatsapp messaging. That's right, Fangio is being managed by a woman sitting in KZN, and she attempts to manage a workshop via Whatsapp. She doesn't even make calls or speak to clients. Unbelievably stupid business practice but she will get what she DESERVES. Don't waste your time on Fangio. They WILL force you to get angry and swear at them + go find a vehicle mechanic who DOES NOT waste your time and money.
Terrible service, Blatant theft. I purchased a firearm, paid in full + paid for licensing "assistance" I cancelled the deal some months - long after making full payment. Dave Sheer Guns decided to keep 40% (R4000+) apparently for storage in their safe. ? R1000 amonth? Dave Sheer decided to ALSO keep the moneys I paid for licensing assistance as well. Due to me coplaining about their criminal policies, they obviously decided to pay me nothing back. No payment has been received from DSG. So far they have paid NOTHING back to me. Blatant theft - hiding behind paperwork. Do a Google Search - Dave Sheer guns is NOT the type of business you want to deal with.
Trying to BUY a car. Yes I said BUY a car. Webuycars make it impossible to get in contact with them in order to BUY a car. Which idiot placed the "We Want To Buy a Car" telephone number on a call number where you get disconnected? So guess what? I'm not buying from webuycars because they make it difficult. So ***** them. *** should I buy a car form these yahoos if they cannoty even get their telephone number to work. Utterly unbelievable,. I hope they go under.
Reamgetswe Mabaso (a private banking analyst from FNB private wealth) has been bending over backwards these past couple of days to assist me in my missing-cards-in-Europe-issue, all this, while others at FNB did not even know where to start. Senior FNB people contacted me with the most useless advice imaginable... Reamgetswe on the other hand, knows that there is only one phrase banking clients want to hear. Instead of posting contact numbers and useless reference numbers Reamgetswe spoke the magic words: "how can I help you" THANK YOU Reamgetswe . My wish for 2021? Teach everyone else at FNB those 5 magic words.
terrible experience trying to communicate with FNB staff over their FNB app. chat to Kurt for 2 minutes = get dsconnected chet to someone else (who also has no clue) - and get disconnected. FNB, your app is **** when trying to communiate wth FNB staff. It disconnects me without ever getting an answer from anyone.
a FANTASTIC BIG Thank YOU to the pilot and crew of Cargo flight to Lima Peru (13 December 2020). (The same plane as KL0592 (my incoming flight)) Pilot and crew ALL went completely out of their way to try and locate my wallet which I believed I lost during my incoming flight from SA. (flight 0592 JHB to AMST) The crew almost took the business class section apart...(my seat) But they found my wallet. Also super impressed with the lady at the KLM Lost&Found desk. (SHIPOL AIRPORT) She immediately knew what to do (contact the gate / cleaning crew / next pilot and crew)
Bad service from Discovery Bank. We cannot use our Discovery Credit Cards for online purchases overseas. No online ticket purchases of any kind. We don't receive OTP's. Discovery bank has no "Contact Us" page where we can enter our issues. They have outdated links that don't work - when sending email we get an automated responses that "nobody is checking thsi email address" . They do not call me back either. We're a little stuck. in my opinion Discovery Bank should take their credit cards and shove it so far up their collective ****s that hopefully the cards will fill the emtpy void they (Discovery Bank staff) have in their heads as they obviously never thought this through. (migrating to a new bank - VISA verification - OTP sent to south african numbers only - roaming is enabled - STILL don;t receive any OTP's from Discovery+ no way to chnage the OTP destination *&*^&* idiots.
