Empty promises and messages are really frustrating. A parcel despatched for delivery at least 3 times in the last week and has still not reached me. I wonder if this deliver service expects people to sit around for weeks waiting for them, and then will complain when you're not home... if they ever arrive
Waste of time. Full of promises and excuses when they don't arrive, or arrive severall hours later than agreed.. Technician couldn't fault finding, so I had to tell him what was wrong. Don't bring the right equipment to site so had to go and buy it, which took 3 days, then and charge for 3 callouts. (The parts replaced have been replaced by the same technician at least 3 times, each time with a new excuse). Disgustingly untidy workmanship.

Even worse than I thought. Very quick to take your money and give flowery explanations how they provide the best service. Unfortunately, once you sign up you're in for a surprise if you have a query. I have been chasing a query for months... including hours on the phone, being passed from one person to another because it's always a different department. After posting my problem publicly, I at least got a call, but basically told 'tough luck'.... Discovery should feel embarrassed by their response, and that they seem quiet comfortable taking advantage of older people by trying to refer to technicalities and not addressing the medical issue which should have been covered.
After over 20 years, new incompetence in the staff who claim to be managers... I will not return to this place for the simple reason they tried to con me of R5... then argued over the matter. Very poor show from untrained people put in a position of authority. I will share my experience with everyone I know
Far too many promises, followed by excuses. Once they've got your money, you're done for.... they really don't care less. I now need to find out who to speak to who will actually do something, or I will be forced to part ways with this uselessness.
Started off great to get my money. After I fell ill, I've had nothing but headaches and any excuse why not to pay for medications. When queried, very clever desk jockies pretend to be medical experts. My entire savings have been depleted and after OMBUD threats were made, then approvals changed... still waiting for a reply if I will get my savings back, which were wrongly deducted. Poor show
Two complaints submitted to the head office... After a week on both occasions I had to follow-up to get a response, which seems to be a standard " passing the buck". I was told that the branch and territory manager were informed and would attend to the matter. Neither time did I hear anything further. My opinion is that they either have zero training, or just don't care... or... both.
After 5 visits to this restaurant I cannot fault them with a single thing. Excellent service coupled with excellent food for any pallet.
After many years of supporting Caltex, I waited patiently while Astron took months to reopen the service station in Ruimsig. Advertising promotions and rewards program the staff knew nothing about this and acted absolutely dumb. I notified the head office, and after two weeks followed up ND eventually got a reply to say they had sorted the issue. I then made the mistake of revisiting the same service station and made a point of advising the attendant (who noticeably had a beggig cup hanging around his neck) that I wanted to take advantage of the rewards program. After filling my vehicle with fuel, he came to me with the normal card machine. I again told him that I wished to use the rewards program. He then told me "It's not working ". I again sent an email to Astron Head Office... A week later I have heard nothing from them. Apart from being highly disappointed with the service and false information, it is my opinion that the management and staff at this establishment don't care at all about the customer and only about themselves. The lack of response from Head Office obviously reflects the management of the company, and seems to be filtering down and infecting the rest. POOR SHOW
