Wesway Plumbers call their client's Clowns after overcharging for excess on geyser claim
These guys replaced a geyser through Old Mutual Insure last month. They over charged my client for his excess and when we pointed this out your manager Clive got proper snotty with my client, gave all sorts of excuses and then called him Brown Clown on his proof of payment. Unprofessional and childish. I've laid a complaint with OMI and you shouldn't use them

Excellent service from plumbers
Had a issue with my toilet,logged a call with absa insurance waywes plumbers was assigned to my claim they contacted me within minutes of loading the claim the contact me to arranged a call out to see to the issue. They came out within the hour and had the problem resolved thanks for the speedy assistance.

Worse service EVER!!!!
WayWes Plumbing is the worst plumbing company i have ever dealt with. They came to look at our geyser that was tripping last week Thursday, 20th and made an appointment to come this morning at 8h30 to replace the Element and Thermostat. They were a no show!! I had to phone 3 times and finally got a phone call back at 13h18 to say they will come at 17h30, however we have loadshedding at 18h00. Told them that wont work as it takes at least 3-4 hours to replace a 250L geyser thermostat and element. Waywes recons they can do it in 15-20 minutes! What a laugh!!
