Great Service from Umusa!

Worse service EVER!!!!
WayWes Plumbing is the worst plumbing company i have ever dealt with. They came to look at our geyser that was tripping last week Thursday, 20th and made an appointment to come this morning at 8h30 to replace the Element and Thermostat. They were a no show!! I had to phone 3 times and finally got a phone call back at 13h18 to say they will come at 17h30, however we have loadshedding at 18h00. Told them that wont work as it takes at least 3-4 hours to replace a 250L geyser thermostat and element. Waywes recons they can do it in 15-20 minutes! What a laugh!!

Bad Service!
I placed an order with Classic Shirts ZA on the 2nd of March, and everything had been going well as I was being updated via email about the progress of my order. I was notified that my order had reached South Africa and it will take a week for customs to clear it. That was the last update i received on 22nd of March. I have been following since than and havent received any update from them till to this day. I have emailed, whatsapped and went on their website to go on the chat and nothing back. I am still waiting on my parcel.
