I placed a order on 6 march it has to be delivered today 13 March, I saw no info on tracking system I called makro and they told me the courier did not collect as the adress was wrong so who's fault is this, makro gives the collection adress to the courier for collection. And the courier said they informed makro about it and nothing was done. So if I had not called I would have not known what the issue is
I have logged a case for ***** on Monday the 11th August, up until today there is no feedback, claim was not yet investigated. I was told 5-7 working days. Received a message that the claim was allocated on the 13th only. So we as clients money is not important to be taken and have time wait until they decide to investigate the cause as to how this happen and how fnb firewall has been breach. I was told that they firewall gets updated regularly and this is the only way to get there attention as when you call they just say there is no update yet dont talk about emails they dont even reply
I called and spoke to some in the week to cancel my package I was told it will be R180 cancellation fee as I have 4 mo ths left of my contract, I call yesterday again to cancel the lady told me I must pay R180 cancellation fee upfront then It will be cancelled which I did she then checked and told me I must pay another R29 as that's what the system shows and I also paid that. After I made the R29 payment I called in again and was told I need to call in the morning as the cancellation department close. Why wad this not explained to me when calling the 1st time. They also told me ill get a refund as im canceling before the monthend and I paid for the full month already. When I called saterday morning the cancellation department told me it will be scheduled for cancellation month end and I wont get a refund after I was told I will get as im canceling immediately.
Never take your printer to this place as it's going to take ages to get a credit although it's under warranty, they cant clear error code then they need to order a new motherboard and printer is 2 weeks old. They then tell you credit will take 24-48 hours to be finalize amd when you call they sign a other story
Bought a printer on the 2 may not even 2 week later the printer gives issues. I then take it to the kc store and the guy tells me he will send it away today to there head office 4 assessment as they have technicians at the head office, 2 days later no response I call the head office I spoke to Steve he tells me they only received the unit on thursday and now I ask him when will they send it away he said on Tuesday as they don't have drivers, the supplier is like 5 minutes away from there head office so no driver is driving pass Montague gardens on a daily basis. So meaning if I had not called ill be kept in the loop for another week. I then went to fetch my unit and took it to partserve in Montague garden they checked it in and told me what's the problems is and I'll get my unit back on monday
Requested a qoute on hippo budget contacted me back and with in minutes saved me money, they even assisted me with canceling my current insurance
There have been ***** on my bank account and it is a huge amount, it's this time of the year. I have to wait for 7 working days 4 a outcome and with all these holidays around the corner I don't think this will get finalize in this year. Why does a investigation take this long surely they can see where this funds has gone to and reverse it back to my account
Looged a dispute 3 weeks ago on the transunion credit bureau the case still shows open as no one attended to it. Logged the same issue with other bureaus and my credit report was updated within 7 days
Worst customer service ever they don't even answer there calls how can the line be busy all day you can't get hold of them. Places a order online over the weekend. Got notification that courier has the package since Monday and I have no clue when this will be delivered
The consultant mbali assisted me with reactivating my policy due to bank verification she was amazing but on the app it still shows inactive is this normal
