Case Management - Stefina Shilowane
I recently had the privilege of dealing with Stefina Shilowane (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) in case management. She has been an absolute gem. She is definitely in the right industry and deals with a lot of patience and empathy. She was so quick to assist and in such a friendly manner as well. She kept me updated and went through a lot of trouble to ensure that everything was sorted.

Case Management - Stefina Shilowane
I recently had the privilege of dealing with Stefina Shilowane (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) in case management. She has been an absolute gem. She is definitely in the right industry and deals with a lot of patience and empathy. She was so quick to assist and in such a friendly manner as well. She kept me updated and went through a lot of trouble to ensure that everything was sorted.

Non payment
My partner and I were hospitalised after a break in incident, we suffered some gun shots, ended up in hospital. My partner was admitted as a trauma patient, after I had paid cash some of the amount at casualty for her to be assisted whilst waiting for medication authorisation. The scheme promised to refund the amount paid, I submitted all requested documentation, 3 months later they have not paid and keep on empty promises. The surgery performed to my wife was also not paid by the medical, amount is overdue and the practice has handed the case to lawyers. I’m fed up with WCMAS

NO SERVICE Witbank Coalfields Medical Aid Scheme
I have been leaving online message to this medical aid for several months now. No one ever replies, or phones back. I have a problem with a claim that never paid out and would like it sorted out. Do they even still exist??

I CALLED 0136561407 AND I SPOKE TO A LADY BY THE NAME IF TIISETSO REF:4929597 AND SHE SAID SHE CANNOT HELP ME AND SHE GAVE ME THE SAME NUMBER I CALLED AND SHE SAID THEY WILL BE ABLE TO HELP I HAVE CALLED THE SAME NUMBER 4 TIMES AND ALL AGENTS TRABFERED ME BACK TO NTISKA WHERE I CANNOT GET HELP I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU THAT IS BAD SERVICE YOUR AGENTS ARE ALL RUDE AND NOT EVEN WILLING TI LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY THEY RUN TO TRANSFER MY CALL AND THE LINE JUST GETS CUT OFF THIS SERVICE IS VERY POOR YOUR AGENTS ARE RUDE THEY HAVE NO MANNERS AT ALL
