Good day, I am extremely disappointed with the service I have been receiving from Wcmas regarding my doctor's (Dr K Sidzamba) accounts that are from January and still not processed. I have been calling this call Centre and I'm even shocked at how the consults don't even understand the codes on the invoice. After months of calling to this scheme I eventually got hold of Cynthia Sewpersad(Supervisor) who asked that I email her these claims directly and she would have them processed. Only 2 of the claims have been processed and still 3 are outstanding. We need urgent feedback on these claims, it really does not take a scheme 5 months to process claims. WCMAS agents have been the worst to deal with. As I write this message I just got off a call with an agent named Lisa, she was clueless and kept on asking me what the codes we have on the invoice are for. OMG - did she not get training? Wcmas you need to do better....
