Disgusting service
Good day, I am extremely disappointed with the service I have been receiving from Wcmas regarding my doctor's (Dr K Sidzamba) accounts that are from January and still not processed. I have been calling this call Centre and I'm even shocked at how the consults don't even understand the codes on the invoice. After months of calling to this scheme I eventually got hold of Cynthia Sewpersad(Supervisor) who asked that I email her these claims directly and she would have them processed. Only 2 of the claims have been processed and still 3 are outstanding. We need urgent feedback on these claims, it really does not take a scheme 5 months to process claims. WCMAS agents have been the worst to deal with. As I write this message I just got off a call with an agent named Lisa, she was clueless and kept on asking me what the codes we have on the invoice are for. OMG - did she not get training? Wcmas you need to do better....

Disgusting Service Ever!!!!
Melikhaya Guliwe (***). This agent dropped the line on me only because I was requesting to speak to a manager. I always knew how poor the customer service is at Gems but never ever did I think they are allowed to drop calls on clients. Management must do something about this agent. He is rude, customer service is just not his thing.

Poor Poor Service
I withdraw an amount of R6000 on 25/08/2022 and was supposed to get this money paid in my account within 48hrs. It's 72 hours later and I still have not received the money with no communication from them either. I have called their callcentre numerous times speaking to Connie and Noma but they did not assist. I then requested to a supervisor and I was handed over to Ayanda. I thought that Ayanda could do something but all I got from her was that they had system issues on the 25th and that hopefully it will be resolved by Monday. I don't understand how a whole supervisor could use the word "hopefully", obviously this means she ia still not sure whether this will be resolved or not. I then sent an email and till now no reaponse. I went to the chat service they offer and never manages to speak to anyone because you're put onto a Queue from being number 55 and once i reach Queue position 10 the chat gets disconnected and I need to start all over again, so that did no go well either. Eventually on Sunday I travelled to their branch in Mitchells Plain and was assiated by Zenobia and all she did was call the callcentre and to be told again that it my query would be escalated within 2-3 hours I would get a call with feedback but nothing happened and now it's 10pm the evening of Sunday and I'm writting this email because I have run out of ideas. I spent over R300 on calling their callcentre as the hold times are 30min-45min. I also spent R100 travelling to their branch. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Hollywoodbets, I have never come across such.

Rewards and More
I went to Foschini and purchased 2 bra's to the value of R198.00. I must say I was shocked when the cashier as busy with my transaction, she pulled a Rewards card underneath her keyboard and swiped it against my purchase. She did no even ask if I have one or not, so that in a case where I don't she then offers me one. I can only imagine how many customers she does this to and she ends up with loyalty points from other peoples purchases. Well then I actually do have a Rewards card and I this purchase I made put on my card, card #***4075 550.... This a fraud and would like that foschini takes action on immediately. <br> Tran No: CA*** T***. <br> On my slip It gives reward card ***9660 (This is not mine).
