Case Management - Stefina Shilowane

I recently had the privilege of dealing with Stefina Shilowane (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) in case management.

She has been an absolute gem. She is definitely in the right industry and deals with a lot of patience and empathy.

She was so quick to assist and in such a friendly manner as well. She kept me updated and went through a lot of trouble to ensure that everything was sorted.
