I have complained about you guys before and I see that I am not the only one. You have been pestering me for years now for a payment that was done and settled in 2016. I sorted it out with you in 2018 when you demanded payment again and then confirmed that the debt is settled (i have yet to receive my paid up letter) but you showed up again in 2021 demanding payment. You are now in 2026 again demanding payment I SETTLED THIS IN 2016 STOP PESTERING ME!!!! Update your records and leave me alone please. This is bordering harassment!!!
Absolutely ********** service from Game. We ordered a freezer and they informed us that it will be delivered by latest 16 May. We ordered our meat according to the latest day of delivery. We received communication on 14 Mat saying that the order is out for delivery but nothing arrived. I was still patient brcause the expected date was 16 May. I sent a message on 15 May informing them that the freezer was not delivered even though it was out for delivery just to ensure that ot was not incorrectly delivered to someone else. I received an email after I sent the above message saying my order has been delayed. That's it. No information as to how long the order has been delayed by and no reason as to why it has been delayed. I messaged them on 16 May asking for an expected delivery date but I have received no communication. I sent them emails and messages but they do not answer. I don't want to cancel my order and request a refund because from what I have read on HelloPeter it is impossible to get your money back. This is honestly pathetic from Game. You used to be a household name and now you have become an ************* business.
I recently had the privilege of dealing with Stefina Shilowane (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) in case management. She has been an absolute gem. She is definitely in the right industry and deals with a lot of patience and empathy. She was so quick to assist and in such a friendly manner as well. She kept me updated and went through a lot of trouble to ensure that everything was sorted.
I get an SMS every month saying that my payment is late. This month they threatened to report it to the credit bureau. My payment goes off via debit order on the 7th of every month since the day I opened my account as per the agreement signed. I have responded multiple times but they keep sending me messages. I have NEVER missed a payment. Maybe start distinguishing between the clients who pay and the clients who don't instead of sending out a message and threatening your paying clients as well. I am a very loyal payer but due to the absolute incompetence experienced by RCS, I will be closing my accounts.
I am CONSTANTLY being harassed by Saya Recoveries for an account that was settled in 2016 already. They resurface every couple of years and ddemand money that was settled. Stop harassing me. I paid this money. Worst service ever.

<p>I joined Planet Fitness in December 2013. I was on Discovery Keycare as well, therefore my fees were R99.00 per month.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately the company I worked for closed down early in January. no debit order ever went off my account and I just left it at that. I received no calls or correspondence from planet fitness, I also never visited the gym, not once!! I admit that I was not thorough in my follow-up, as I should have cancelled my contract then and there. </p> <p> </p> <p>I did however cancel it in April 2014. No response from planet fitness. Cancelled it again in August 2014. I received an email saying it was never cancelled and I owe them money. I agreed to pay a certain amount which was confirmed by them, but never put in writing (I should've made sure it was). A couple of debit orders go off as discussed and then it just stops early december 2015. I assumed they were happy as they stopped collecting money. I phoned saya recoveries earlier this year to confirm if I owe them any money. They tell me no, as my ID number does not even reflect on their system.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a call today from a very nice gentleman at SAYA. He was very patient and allowed me to rant about Planet Fitness as they also forced my parents to pay money which they did not owe due to Planet Fitness' own bad administrative s****s.</p> <p> </p> <p>I refuse to pay Planet Fitness any more than I already have. How can my debt be cleared one second and a couple months later I owe them again? </p> <p> </p>
