I initially had a bad experience with 'We Buy Damaged Cars' due to poor service. Frustrated, I sent a scathing email to their office, and to my surprise, they responded quickly. They not only addressed my concerns but also informed me that they had taken action by firing the *********** employee responsible for the poor service.

Although I’m still facing some challenges with selling my car, I appreciate the way the company has handled the situation and how they are now treating me as a customer. Their prompt response and professionalism in addressing the issue have improved my overall experience.
