We bought a car on 31 January and we hung around most of the day. We paid cash and we drove it out, and we got peak hour traffic and the car cut out on the R300. The worse place to be stranded with a car that was not roadworthy enough to get us just home. I was at the fork to Somerset West or the N2 to Cape Town and had yo get back onto the R300 and look where my husband was. Then the problem to get a tow truck and the sales Agent couldn't even do that for us. We finally got the car back to Richmond branch and was told our money and the yow truck money will be paid back yo us in 72 hours. It's now 10 days and we still have NOT been refunded. Phoned customer car and all they say is I have sent the branch a message to contact you. Why does the branch not have a direct number ? You got paid and now you need to pay us back as quickly as we paid you. You should change the name yo we buy s**** and sell it to you.
